As I have cut right down on my evening alcohol intake I am waking up fresher and a little hungry.

4 x 3 minute boiled eggs with full grain toast is surprising good and adequate for me.

Yes no doubt reducing late night alcohol intake could change your eating habits being you might be in a low blood sugar state in the morning.

I could not eat a breakfast. I'd feel lethargic. I usually eat a good lunch then a small dinner. I find here in Thailand I am eating much less and when I drink its way less and earlier. This drives my wife nuts as we all know Thai wives schedule their day around wanting to cook food and I just do not eat on a schedule and only when I am hungry. Thank God my FIL eats on a clock. 8, 12 and 4. Keeps my wife asking him what he wants. I'd go nuts.

Like today, OJ in AM. Had some noodle on my way back from moto ride at 2. Wife BBQing ribs and Veggies right now ( a little late for FIL). I might eat a bit after sun is down and I am done doing my hobby stuff. No drinks tonight again.

You really are obsessed aren't you.

I'm going to start redecorating the vacant space in your head where I live. It's currently just so empty.

An probably feeling a lot less like a total prick from the shit you posted the previous night, assuming you can remember any of it - which is doubtful in hindsight. Go back and have a look at some of the stuff you posted, and the PM's you sent. Unforgivable personal stuff, delusions of grandeur, and blatant bullshit abound...

There's no shortage of "nutritional experts" who'll tell you that's way too many eggs to be eating in a week (2 dozen plus if you have it every day) but if you feel good and your cholesterol isn't through the roof, go for it. I eat at least a dozen eggs each week for breakfasts and they keep you powered up till lunch time that's for sure, as high protein foods tends to do. Plus they taste great!.

Had 3 this morning on the side of one of these:

Slating Thai beef is easy to do, but their Pork really is excellent.

Errm, don’t try to be clever Chico. It’s just not your thing. It’s like a giraffe trying to ride a bicycle - it just doesn’t work.

And you shouldn’t be in these threads anyways. You’re clearly clueless about food.

    Ps. You missed an apostrophe.

Tinned Tomatoes are a very good source of calcium and iron.

    Good with a English breakfast.

Knob of butter till it reaches the sizzling point, ground sea salt and pepper, a dollop of tom ketchup, a little Worcestershire sauce then crushed tin toms and heat, the butter gives it a very rich flavour, serve with breakfast and bread for dipping. the dogs bollocks.
