I bought that curse stuff about 8 months ago in Pattaya somewhere and just got round to using it it leaves you tingling. Just smashed my last set of curls out with them like there was no weight on the bar.

What a full Monty!

One of the nicest breakfasts I've had....

Two quality sausages, two rashers of thick juicy bacon, scrambled eggs, poached egg, tomato,baked beans, baby button mushrooms, home made hash brown mixture.
Marmalade on toast and washed down with two cups of ground coffee.
All for under £7.

Did you eat half of it before you took pic?

Could have had more as it was an all you can eat breakfast, but hey my bodies a temple.

Small healthy one + milk for me this morning

^jeeze. That is more fat on that one plate than i eat in a month.
