Freshly poached pork fat with a gentle seasoning and a hint of sage are combined with onions, dried blood and oatmeal for a light and crumbly texture. Available for slicing or ready sliced in a convenient pack of four.

It's not a weekend, but it is a day off, so here is today's breakfast. Next time I will have to move around the table to the left, so Hello Kitty will be neatly posed above the plate!

I learned to bring over the individual packets of Starkist Tuna. I forgot the mayo this time so had to settle for the local brand. Its a quick meal and does the job. The bread is delivered fresh each morning as BIL returns from delivering vegetables to the local market.

Found these in the frozen meat import section of Big C and thought buying one would be worth a try. For the price of a tepid beer in a Walking Street gogo bar these days, a 350gr Aussie Striploin is a good deal.

Not bad at all, will be buying more of these!.

^^I know you're just joking but it's always amazed me how many people can't cook eggs properly, it's the first and easiest thing to learn in a kitchen.. Was recently in a well known Pattaya restaraunt that would churn out 100+ breakfasts a day, and my eggs still had clear/runny whites. Couldn't eat them

They pretty much always do that with fried eggs in Thailand ime.

    I always ask for scrambled.

Pretty much my normal everyday brekkie these days also. A bit of Cinnamon livens it up a bit.

Yeah I was actually thinking about adding something similar when I was chowing it this morning.

Not cinnamon though, not really a fan, maybe honey or something.

Fried egg with garlic and pepper, the "hasn't killed me yet" sausage, a few olives and pickled garlic along with fresh french bread and strawberry jam. To wash it down I've some pomegranate juice and coconut juice drink.

Not bad for what I consider "camping."

Merkins love to call that "gravy" claiming it as their own, but alas, bechamel with sausage meat was being happily combined in France long before great whitey ever made it to the Americas. Out of interest though, why is the sugarless scone in the shape of the Durex Advert cartoon penis?
