Most big supermarkets. Big C, Tesco, Makro etc sell jars with seal-able lids.

Not seen proper screw lid Mason jars, Many advise to use the jars that are available with rubber seals and lever type clamping lid, while these are readily available, they don't really work.
They leak after time and loose the vacuum in the head space.
