    Hot tenderloin beef salad

    Portions are adjustable

6 -8oz. beef tenderloin tenderized and cubed (small cubes)
    Finely chopped streaky bacon
1 - 2 diced tomatoes (dependent upon the size)
Finely chopped garlic and julienned onion

In a pan, add 1 tbls olive oil, chopped bacon and garlic (cook until you can smell the aroma of bacon)
Add the jullienned onion and tenderloin. (slightly brown the tenderloin)
Add chopped tomatoes and simmer over a low heat with lid on the pan
Add in whatever spices and herbs that you prefer

Tomatoes will reduce and create the sauce

Add over your salad greens and veg

Julienne is a French term for chopping vegetables.
It just means finely chopped strips, about 4/5 cm long.
