    Shepherd's Pie - Continental Mix.

Noticed this in the supermarket, and decided to give it a go.

20 mins in the kitchen - get yer spuds boiling for the mash, cook up yer onions and carrot, add yer meat (I did half beef/pork), then yer continental mix. I added 250ml of light stock, as opposed to just water, and paprika, chili pwdr, s&p and some thyme.

Leave it simmer away until the spuds are mashed.

Instead of doing it up in one big tray, I picked up a 5 pack of mini-trays, filled up four, one topped with cheese and into the oven, the other 3 into the fridge for next time I fancy a snack.

Certainly nothing special, but easy, and handy to pop straight into the oven when ya get home. Goes alright with wine.

    Cheap n cheerful.

Seems like it is a packet of gravy mix with a handy shepherds pie recipe printed on the packet.

Having it with red wine too if you'd believe that.

    Double cheeseburger and chianti.
