For this you need 12oz of your chocolate of choice, you can use dark, white, milk or whatever, I personally like the dark the best.
16 slices of bacon.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave or a saucepan.
Cook the bacon until nicely done and then press with kitchen paper to remove the remaining fat.
Dip the slices of bacon in the chocolate to coat them fully and then place them on to a baking sheet.
Place in the fridge and chill until the chocolate has fully hardened.
