Salmon-Veggie Bake

Since the arrival of my new oven, my time has been spent trying to create meals fit for a hillbilly. From the local market I bought salmon (B300), some carrots, mushrooms, green onions and an orange.

Through in some spices and bake for 30 minutes.
Not bad for a B400 meal!
