    The Cuban

I just polished off a footlong Cuban sandwich.

I out-did myself on this one.....It was an orgasm of flavor.

Pulled pork, ham, salami, cheese, Vlasic sliced pickles, hot-pressed in the pan. Gobs of mustard.........

Will add a few pic's of the recipe in the next day or so.

    Jay

See the mustard bottle in the background? Take a wild guess at what the yellow stuff is...

^^Sorry mate I didn't see it so I made a wild guess looks good though.
I really like those meatball sandwiches from Subway, I've tried copying them but never get the sauce right, my meatballs rock though

OP ... now that would taste better with either some Dijon mustard or some good honest and tasty Colemans English, not that French's hotdog stuff ...

    Hey Ribbkerat,

You are correct! I LOVE Coleman's mustard. Some of the hot German Senf mustards are pretty good as well.

This weren't half bad overall though.

    Good sarnie OP (total cost?).

Why did Subway stop with the Dijon??? It was their best sauce by far.
