    What Is Ks 505

    My wife came down with a recipie for bread that required KS 505. Anyone heard of it and, if you have, what is it and where do you buy it?

    KS-505 according to the present invention is capable of improving the cerebral function and may be used, for example, for curing and preventing cerebral disorders such as amnesia and dementia.

    A further aspect of the present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for improving the cerebral function, which comprises as an active ingredient an effective amount of KS-505 and/or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, in association with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or excipient.

    On the Thai forums they are saying it is a bread improver, the rest of the world.

    ^^ I don't think I would want to put something in my bread that has only been recommended on a Thai forum.

    just started making my own Bread, brought all ingredents in Lampang at Rung kij store, have ''Bread Improver'' Magimix , made in France, looks like powered Milk!

    any way the Bread turned out like Heavy German Rye! more like a cake! still enjoyed it , next time will take it easy on whole meal flour,
