MrsKW cooks up a storm, well, dinner.

Which is unusual, she doesnt normally cook, and she often says she cannot. But she has been inspired by the cooking threads here on TD, (and our maid has been away for 2 weeks ill)

    Start with some ingredients.

dried prawns and fresh green beans

    Anchovies, tomatoes and sprouts.

    some chicken and more chicken

    smash the garlic.

add them to a pan (I love the smell of chilli and garlic cooking!)

in the other pan add the minced chicken to the garlic and butter. add some chillies. (there was supposed to be some onion too, but i'd eaten it all the night before)

afterwards add all the green beans.

I then got chased out of the kitchen for being a nuisance, so I didnt see the secret tomato and sprouts recipe.

but it looked good on the table.

add krupok. and serve with rice ! yummy!

No wonder you are a fat bastard. Just one dish would suffice whilst I'm on my current diet......

I'm well aware of that theory.

Did I mention she cooked double, so it's also today's lunch.

And that I have a cooked breakfast each morning too ?

Actually i've lost 5kg on my new diet, cut down the big lunches and tried to eat less in the evenings. Still drink copious amounts of beer, but only when theres a reason too, Like Friday Saturday and Sunday of the Bangkok Tens.

    .......and we won a trophy!!

I played in all games, the final 3 games I played 100% but I only had a half game in the tournament opener. We beat the British Club with a last minute try in the Bowl Final.

Thaipom was there to see, don't know if he toddled away from the bar to watch my games however.

Actually, I should have said we retained the trophy because we won it last year as well.

I played 100% of all games last year.

I would love to get out and have a go but fear the old body would not take the stress.

Fair play to you and enjoy it while you still can and most importantly remain competitive.
