It has been sitting in the condo for 3 months since a trip to Tru Value in Pattaya. I have some mates over for a golf holiday so why not fire it up.
Never used one before so why not go the whole hog, No basic burgers or fish just go for it!!
Off to Makro, pay 680B for a leg of lamb and some spuds, Marinate it in Garlic, Rosemary and Bunde for a day. This is what we ended up with. Lovely

I must admit I had some tips from the Gibbon, who did supply a lovely home-made loaf of rye bread for me to "dunk" in the dripping.
PS: Wish I could get the picture a little bigger!!
