Roza Black Pepper Sauce - Part Deux! The Beef Strikes Back

After seeing the Roza Black Pepper sauce being used in Chairman Mao's thread I decided to try some out.

The bottle cost around B32 and I grabbed some thinly sliced beef from Tops to marinade.

The beef was only a couple of mm thick and it was mixed in with the black pepper sauce and a lid put on the container and left in the fridge for 24 hours.

The next night I chopped up an onion and some mushrooms and I fried them up with the beef.

That is then thrown on some wholemeal bread while the cheese was melting. To melt the cheese I placed it in a bowl and that bowl was then placed in a pan of water on the heat.

Not long before the cheese is melted, just have to give it the odd stir.

The cheese was then put over the beef, some mustard added another slice of bread thrown on top and then it was time to try the spoils.

Very nice, and I have just made a nice pork stir-fry tonight with this Roza black pepper sauce. It's a nice addition to the kitchen.

I think I've just been sick.

Sorry poodles, and anybody else who dines on melted cheese, beef and onion brown-bread sandwiches.

Poor Roza would be rolling in his grave.

Pick up a pack of pork chops poodles, marinate for a day, then grill... luberly.

Chicken breast is also highly recommended.

Serve with creamy, garlic mashed potatoes and gravy.

Pleased I could be of service. Though the root of the problem more likely lies with your substance (alcohol) abuse problem.

I never touch alcohol, evil stuff hahaha, but if this is your favourite type of food watch your cholesterol level, this crap clogs up your arteries, it may also affect your thinking and general wellbeing, easily tired sometimes? . Seriously the look of it makes me puke. No more clear, it looks like puke... Actually now I think of it, this is the type of food (some) people crave for after drinking alcohol for hours, the'll eat anything as long as it has lots of pepper and salt on it. Photography is also not your strongest side, I mean composition, a bit of ram bam style.

Was that really "sliced beef knuckle" or is that a translation mistake? If it was beef leg, 270 baht per Kilogram sounds expensive.
