I decided I needed some cold meat for some sandwiches for when the girlfriend is asleep to save waking her up to cook me something, normally I only buy meat from foodland in Pattaya, although my girlfriend buys meat from the local market and it hasn't killed me yet, but I couldn't be bothered driving into Pattaya and got some pork from the Jomtien supermarket, they didn't have fillet and this stuff turned out a bit tough for sandwiches really, but apart from that was ok.
So 2 lumps of pork done Thai style, ie chili and garlic, well one with chilli and onion and the other with garlic and pepper corns from our own pepper plant, should add we don't use poisons on our pepper plant and rarely get peppers from it due to the insects getting them first, maybe insecticides would be a good idea.
This one was the best, didn't add any oil to the foil it was cooked in just a few tablespoons of water, think the pork here has enough fat in it without adding oil, added salt and cumin to both of them though.
I think if I had maybe bashed the peppers a bit before cooking this one would have been really good, although it wasn't bad.
Ps, that was the biggest clove of garlic I have ever seen, probably some genectically modified giant species.
