Roza Black Pepper Sauce. Delish pork or chicken.

Delish this stuff is. And only something like 30b at your local supermarket. Either pork or chicken breast, marinated for at least 24 hours, then grilled.

If they're for dinner, they're served with garlic mashed potatoes.

Or are just as nice sliced and served with beer and football.

Now it's really gotta marinate for at least 24 hours, but we got the munchies last night so come this evening there's only one left.

Get that badboy on the grill and I like the Asian style of thinly sliced then eaten with one of those long, thick wooden toothpick things used for kebabs.

As there's only one left, might as well chuck on some chips. Sorry, French fries. Sorry, Liberty fries.

Good stuff, marinated grilled chicken is delish too. Simple and tasty for the lazy cooks out there, and only something like 30 baht.

    Good stuff.

that black pepper sauce is great and at only 28-30 baht its is a good price.

to marinate I mix generous portions of the sauce - a bottle lasts me about 3-4 marinades - half a cup of hot water and a couple of teaspoons of soy sauce.

when you go to the market and buy your pork , ask the butcher to slice the pork into thin flat pieces and put those in the marinade mix overnight.

then take the pork out and roll the thin strips up and hold them together with a toothpick or 2 - I then put them in the little glass oven for about 25-30 mins on about 180 degC until the outside crisps up and they are lovely and moist on the inside - fat boy snacks

I will also put a couple of chicken breasts in the marinade and just roast them in the glass oven also.
If you torture data for enough time , you can get it to say what you want.

    Good stuff.

    you're making me hungry Balders.

I just do the extra lazy version of nothing but a few dollops of the sauce. A bottle maybe lasts 5 or 6 marinades (3 chops or 2 chicken breasts at a time).

Maybe will have these on me mobile hot-food vendor.

Definitely one of the better marinades around here. Try it on beef with garlic, bell peppers, straw mushrooms, etc. for pad neua prik thai dam.

I will get some of this stuff to try. I have tried the black bean sauce and the pepper sauce in the orange sachets before, not sure who makes it but they are great for a stir-fry. Chuck in some onion, green pepper and chicken, pork or beef into a wok and then stir in the sachet, adding water to desired thickness. Simples.

    And the chicken.

    Lovely.

chuck on some Roza, with a bit of rosemary. stick it in the fridge overnight.

grill and serve with roast potatoes (rubbed in paprika and pepper), corn on the cob, and mushroom gravy. lovely and simple.
