| The Surgeon. | English Noodles - Easy Rice Pudding. First of all get some left over cooked rice and throw it in a pot. Chuck in some milk and then give it a stir, chuck it on a high heat and bring to the boil and then simmer for about 10 mins. Throw in a couple of spoonfulls of sugar and if you like a little vannilla, I never bother with the vannilla though. Give it a good stir and simmer for another 5 mins. Chuck in an egg and quickly stir it in, at this point you can add a little more milk also if you like, keep it on the heat for another couple of mins and then take it off. You can now enjoy eating it, though I always eat it cold, so in to the fridge it goes for a couple of hours and then served with cold milk and a little grated ginger on top. Luuuurrrrrvly
