Back On The Diet.
Had an Aussie mate from the PI for a couple of days and we dined royally. Roast beef and all the trimmings the first night, Canadian bacon cutlets with chips the second.
Dropped the wretch off at the airport and hit the early market on the way home.
One chicken thigh, skin removed... onions, leeks, celery, broccoli, carrots, sweet corn... chop chop chop chop. Half a cup of brown rice. Herbs and spices to taste.
I can eat as much as this as I like until the hunger pangs disappear and I'm back into diet mode.
