Cheap as anything Rosemary Pork Chops.

Some cheap as anything rosemary pork chops.

If strolling past a supermarket, two of these things aren’t even 50b, and cooked to perfection, can be ruddy delish.

I get ‘em, rub em with garlic, smash the bejaysus out of some peppercorns and heaps of rosemary in me pestle and mortar, add a bit oil and garlic salt, lather onto the chops, add a dash of scotch and let ‘em sit. Make sure to have ‘em at room temp for grilling.

Come munch time it’s get your grill as hot as possible, get the badboys on there, serve with mashed potato, bisto, corn on the cob, grilled garlic bread and the remainder of your scotch…

Cheap, simple and good with scotch.

    Bon ap-a-tit.

I'll take pork over beef anyday and the way the chops look in the pics with rosemary on them makes me hungry. I'll pass on the scotch though, I'd rather have a sarsaparilla..... OK, a beer would work just as well....

They look very tasty - I'm not too sure of the scotch either but I will give it a try - thanks for passing it on
