    Garlic, Black Pepper and Whiskey Ribs. Aloi.

    And simple. Just need some black pepper, garlic, condensed milk and whiskey.

    And of course yer ribs. (my supermarket only had them cut up already so these'll be short ones.



    Just mash up yer garlic and black pepper in pestle & mortar, and mix the whole lot up in a dish with yer milk and whiskey. Throw on some salt too.

    Will look something like this:



    Into the fridge overnight, or at least a few hours.

    Chuck 'em on yer grill.



    Serve 'em up with some creamy mashed potatoes, gravy and corn on the cob.

    And yer scotch.



    Delish.

    True. While her 2 friends give you a soapy. That would be pretty easy going.

    Looked like the festering innards of a road kill during preparation, but fantastic when served.
