Make a curry just like the UK Curry Restaurant - CHICKEN MADRAS !!

Hi again

As promised here is a recipe that uses the massalla gravy that I gave you the recipe for a couple of days ago, im stuggling with the pictures so I'll just write it out.

Ingredients - to serve 2

3 Chicken breasts
2 tsp curry powder
1 onion
2 chillis
1 tsp garam massalla
2 tsp chilli powder
4cm fresh ginger
sm bunch corriander
2 ladels MASSALLA GRAVY (recipe on another thread)
4 cloves garlic
5 tbs veg oil

Instructions
  • Fry the finely chopped onion in a deep pan with the oil cook till translucent.
  • Add the grated ginger, crushed garlic and chopped chilli keep stirring and be careful not to burn the garlic, 3 mins will do.
  • Add the spice paste and cook the spices out for 3/4 mins.
  • Cut the chikcen into bite size pieces and add to the pan.
  • Add the gravy and cook for about 20 mins
You now have an "Authentic" UK restaurant style curry.

I will try to get the pics sorted for the next one.
