| Steak marinated in Chang Well there would have been pictures for this, but I couldn't be bothered and I think the recipe speaks for itself. Ingredients: 1) Steak of some description - Sirloin works ok. 2) Can of chang 3) Salt, pepper, whatever herbs you fancy Method: a) Stick steak in a dish b) Knife the bugger to death. About 20 stab wounds should do c) Drown it in Chang d) sprinkle pepper and herbs in (I like rosemary and oregano) e) leave it for an hour or two, turning occasionaly f) Grill it f) Serve with chips Well, I liked it anyway.

| ^ Don't think it would impart much flavour, but worth a try. I was going to use a bottle of Thai red wine, which I've never bothered to open because it's probably undrinkable - I might try again with that later in the week. |

Yesterday I had jam on toast for brekkie, then a shrimp salad & chicken criossant for lunch followed by a chicken salad and a piece of ham quiche for dinner. No beer. That's more than I'd usually eat. Today I've had 2 egg & bacon sarnies and will have a small spag-bog for lunch.

Heaps of garlic, a fair shot or two of some balck label, pepper, some rosemary - into the fridge for the afternoon... fried up with some homemade french fries. Absolutely lovely. | |

| I've had a piece left over from yesterday in the fridge for the last 30 hours or so.... God only knows if it's still edible... shall be giving it a go later. Shall report later on the taste. Possibly from hospital. |
