| I know nuthing | The kids asked if I would make them one of my specialities (salmon rissoles) tonight and I finally got off my arse to do it. I am also in the good books with the missus also as she also enjoys them and had the night off and out of the kitchen. Absolutely delicious and easy to prepare and cook. |

| ^ Where are you in Thailand? Frozen or fresh? 3 cheese pizza (parmesan, mozzarella & goats') on a funny corn grain base. Nice but too big, so Dizzy, Star & Jack (the only 3 dogs allowed into my 'office' while I'm in here) shared it with me. They liked it. |

I happened upon some from Big Joe's in Koh Samui back in 2003. Since then I haven't had a sniff. However, Blighty beckons in December, Mater's Crimbo dinner - can't wait

| ^ Ok. Hope you're feeling alright. No rush on the recipe as I'm prepping Thanksgiving dinner. Quote:
Big Joe's! Now there are fine memories of meat pies and beet pickles.
