Tonight will be home made spag bol (or my version of it). Onions, garlic, peppers, beef mince, olive oil, mushrooms, tomatoes, tom puree & herbs & seasoning. I made a big batch a couple of hours ago. The rest will be frozen in individual portions.

Is that it? OK fry pieces of bacon till crisp, boil the pasta. Warm a little of the mushroom soup & chuck in the bacon. Toss drained pasta in the sauce.

hmmm...tonight was burger night.

Beef patty, tomatoe, onion, cheese, fresh thick sliced bread.

Daughter would not eat hers...I did, son wolfed his down, wifey ate hers with salad on a plate, nanny hid out the back and ate hers.

My old pooch understands about a dozen or two English words, but also comprehends more abstract phrases like "daddy has to go work today" and the little doggie has to stay home alone". She sulks when I tell here I have to go to work and usually bights me (in a playful way) when I tell her she has to stay home alone. She also knows that when the wife starts speaking in Thai it usually means one of us in trouble.

Gonna do some bone in pork chops breaded and pan fried, mashed potatoes with cream gravy. Then I will julliene some green beans and saute them off with onions and garlic and just a touch of oyster sauce. The kids like this one.

She's sick so me and the dog JET (lucky number 7) are having burgery bacony tomatoey cheesey toasty things. With a little bit of mustard.

The burgers are from Macro and not that good.
The 150 gram things just aren't that good IMHO.

Best is to cut them in quarters and fry them off in the bacon fat from the bacon which is very good. Also from Macro, Chiang Rai

Then a slice of cheese, a few slices of tomato and a bit of mustard. Toasted. Good
