    The best pork chop

I was up in Pai a few weeks ago at a little burger place. They served a thick perfectly cooked pork chop with real mashed potatoes and fine gravy.
It was incredible! It's worth a visit way the fuck up there just for that pork chop. They also serve a "barbarian burger" which was quite notable itself.
I have dreams about that place now!

    Yes the pork tiptop.
I've had good local beef. Only from one guy in Chalong who knows how to age it properly.
Beef needs to be aged properly. That's the secret. I don't think they have proper meat lockers here.

    Mr Earl,

Sir, you just reminded of the big, plump stuffed chops that can be had over at a certain little shop in Port Orchard, Washington. Delicious. Sounds like you found a comparable dish.

Speaking of chili, I do believe Mr. Marmers is gonna be making up a big batch of his special stuff soon. He can use his camera or GOW's.

But don't hold your breath, 'cos I'm in no hurry to do some cooking.
