Whilst cooking when drunk I like to have an ipod in ears. The other day I was cooking sausage and mash with a two hour onion gravy mixed with red wine. I had Dr Dre 2001 playing and it was the best bloody gravy I've cooked in my life. Slowly sweat the red onions and then add the wine. Have a couple of glasses and rap incoherently to your self whilst the alcohol swets off. Tasted fuckin awsome!

oh sorry I forgot to add peas. Buy frozen Garden peas from Tesco and add 1 Teaspoon of sugar and one teaspoon of mint sauce. Cook in microwave for 2 min, shake and you've got the sweatest peas you'll ever taste!

Am just having a fried egg sarnie washed down with a Brugal Extra Viejo Gran Reserva Familiar. Its a type of rum from Puerto playa. Quite nice, got a few more bottles here with a couple of nips in so watch this space. Edit - its a brandy of some sort - I think
