| Back in Singers | My kids loved their strawberry flavour Alpen breakfast bars that they would bring to school every day. Unfortunately as part of the latest cost cutting exercise, my company have stopped supplying these tasty muesli based snacks in the office pantry so my kids dont get them anymore. |

| SBF, you're a tight sod. Thanks for the ideas, all. He had boiled egg & ham salad today, which he helped assemble. Tomorrow is an omelette sarnie with lettuce in a croissant (I thought it might be an interesting bread - baguettes don't work when you have no teeth at the front!!) We'll see how that goes. We now have a few things to work through, so taa muchly (also bought him a thermos for occasional soup!)

| Apologies. I did miss your suggestions. As I greened you for something else today, I can't now. So, I owe you two in the next two days. One for you & one for you to pass on to Momo for her help. OK? |
