Back in the UK all the major supermarkets have offered online, delivered shopping services for several years.
Anyone got information or experiences on such things in Bangers? I'm fed up of flagging down taxis with carrier bags full of groceries.

Tops does it I think, not sure of the details though.
I'm pretty sure they all do it.
Big C, Tops, Foodland, Villa.
You can anything sent to your door here. *nudge, nudge, wink, wink*
It does, but it's not online, but by phone and you have to register and all that so it looks a bit of a kerfuffle...

I just did a search on supermarkets in Thailand, and found this http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/lofive...hp?t33405.html
Bloody hell, Pat must be lonely to have to discuss baked beans on TV!
Precisely why I am now eating the SPC Brand from NZ that's available at 62 Baht a can. Ayam's were awful. When I was in Hong Kong I bought Heinz beans imported from the UK then imported them myself to Thailand. Genuis!! Best Uk brand of baked beans are Hartleys.
Growing pains me think. :)Quote:

Still seems like a good idea to me.

I went to Tops last night.
Their webpage and in-store leaflets state that if you finish your shopping before 19:30, they'll deliver it between 20:00 and 21:30. However, at 19:00 customer services told me "oh, we can't deliver it today, we are busy...." - No apology included.
Great service!
