| Let's eat Gumbo! We cooked Gumbo another day and it tasted just great so wanna share with you guys. Just flour and oil, fried together till it's getting dark like this; Some veggie (onion too, look at the up right corner of this pic); We did it with pork before so let's try chicken and hot dog (I don't like it) this time; Put everything together; Followed by these stuff; Then left it on a stove for about 40 min to 1 hr then it looked like this (hot dog just ruined the look); Now, we have another dish to eat with Gumbo, forgot what it's called but not so difficult, just boiled potatos (thanks Happyman); Put some boiled eggs, mustard (thanks Jizzybloke) and put mayonnaise in it then mixed them together; Finished! It's time to eat now; (eat it with rice, it's just great!) It tasted really good, I kid you not. The next gonna be Lasagna... hehehe...

Yeah, I've got some of these fancy farang-flavour bottles to add that extra something too.

In the real world we call these things potatos- just a minor point but it could make all the difference to the final dish .
