    Your Favourite Foods

    Which countries food do you like the most?

    My personal favourites are Indian and Mexican food, Oh and donor Kebabs Indian restaurants they have loads of them here but they tend to be mediocre at best, the Mexican restaurants here tend to have a lot of off days when it comes to cooking your meal.

    American traditional food like big macs and that

    That aint traditional American food, thats typical American fastfood, from a chain.

    with you on the Indian and Mexican, and it is a pity we cant go out for a jug of margaritas and killer Mexican food. It is only fair at best in the LOS.

    'food' is an uncountable noun

    and only an english cretan would have a poll on food and not include French food

    having lived in the south a France for a number of years I always rate it the king of cuisine

    I voted for Chinese, but it's really a tie between Chinese, Mexican, Indian and Japanese. Italian is pretty good too, and what Ethiopian and Arabic food I've tried seemed to be pretty tasty.

    Hmmm... anything else?... Well, I tried Persian (Iranian) food once and it was pretty nice too!

    you can do multi votes on this poll, just click the ones you like then press submit, can only do it once though
    Chinese food I generally find very bland, although one time I got this takeaway in Kent, it was called "kung Po", one of the spicest dishes I have eaten in my life, doubt if the Chinese eat it though...

    Shouldn't the "C" for countries or country's be capitalised?

    Err, no.

    And you were not wrong with your use of 'foods' in this situation, but generally food is uncountable.

    Schezchaun {sp} they like their spices, shouldnt have been that hot, normally the chiles are smoke for days before cooking thus imparting spice not heat.

    Its my favorite kind of Chinese food but I only eat it in San Francisco, damned it I know if its real.

    I love a plate of 2 large sausages and sauerkraut.

    I accidentally voted for other cos I assumed German wouldn't be on the poll.

    Now I see it was.

    It's all good.
    Hell, I voted for 'em all except the shot at "Traditional American" Fast food...

    BUT; quiet as it's kept, I do like a fast food burger, burrito, Philly Chees-steak(California style) or what-have-you on occasion.
    Food's like women. Some I like more than others; but it's a rare dish I would rate as inedible or woman as unfuckable. Hell, I'm easy.

    You can vote only once; I think, but you can select more than one.
    When the boxes are square you can select multiples, when they're round you can select only one.

    I voted for Thai, but it was a close call between Indian and traditional English. Can't beat a nice bit of roast beef and yorkshire pud with a thick rich gravy. Far to many of these ready cooked meals around now and most of em taste crap.

    I picked:

    Thai - for the flavours of things like tom yum, for the huge amounts of garlic you get with a fried fish;

    Chinese - for things like that crispy duck you roll up in little pancakes;

    Italian - for a really good plate of spaghetti with a garlicky sauce and loads of bread to mop up with;

    Indian - for the traditional after-the-pub blow-out, poppadums, chicken tikka massala, nan bread, chick peas and pulau rice, all washed down with cold lager.

    I forgot to tick English, but if I had, it'd be for me mum's roast pork, crispy crackling, roast tatties and all the rest, yummy.

    Ahhwww.... c'mon.... DD a good TarTar with abit of salt and peeper brings out the real beast in you.
    It's like a good steak, you go to eat it medium or raw. The rest is for little dogs like a Pekinese.
