I'll eat almost anything, except for most English food. You can't do any better than an English breakfast with all the trimmings. After that, it seems they let the Chinese and Indians figure out lunch and dinner. Things like mushy peas, yorkshire pudding, shepherds pie, bubbles and squeak, etc. are crimes against humanity.

My favorite Indian food is navratan korma, chicken tikka, sage paneer, and masala dosa. I could live off this for the rest of life with no worries.

I never understood the Thai aversion to Indian curries. I don't think the food is that different. Pad Khi Mao is my favorite Thai dish.

Chinese is alright, but it is a bit bland.

Like Indian food in the UK, you can't live in the US and not like Mexican food. Tex-Mex will probably be our national cuisine in a few years.

Never had German or Swiss food. I would always pass by a German restaurant in Pattaya across from the Lek Hotel with huge chunks of bread in the glass display and pictures of sausages with captions like "Micherstuffenslavenbittersenstrasse." That is the closest I have been to eating German food.

Nope - never had a really good one in Thailand, and I'm not i Bangers anyway. But had a great one in Penang when I was there for a visa a while back.

Best Indian food I ever had was in Penang. An Indian restaurant downstairs from a Hotel. It was near the New China, but the hotel was an older 8 or 10 story place.

Kashmir Restaurant under the Oriental hotel.

oh dear ao, the new china is the absolute pits, although I have to admit staying there in my more adventurous days, the Kashmir restaurant is actually world famous and I believe has 4 stars or more, I normally nip across the road to the 40baht a dish Indian place though, infact I might even go there next month

I like a lot of foods. I'm not too picky:

Mexican and Indian - I love it.

Thai, Korean, Vietnamese, Chinese, and many European foods, even Greek, and Georgian. Georgian is really delicious.

    "Hajapuri" and "Khimkhali" is fuuuuuuntastic.

All Asian food, and Latin American food, and some English food too.

Italian, and some French (but French is kind of over-rated in my humble opinion).

Kangaroo steak is one of my faves. It's a bit expensive here though.
