| Had some cracking New Zealand lamb chops with ratatouille, mustard mash and creamed spinach with home made red wine mint sauce. Had two mates drewling whilst watching me eat it so had to give one a bit of the lamb (bastard) the other mate was more polite |

Actually make Chapathis myself and to give the kids a treat. Better than the street Rotis here as I find them a little sweat. Not too difficult, but the preparation is quite time consuming and the actual cooking is a bit of an art. Only wish I could get ti-tar-ree here. Enjoy your meal! | |

| Back to the Spagetti Factory and had the filet mignon, wrapped in bacon, with fries and salad. Medium rare. About 8oz at a guess. Still don't know how they do it for B220. Signed up for a 15% discount card too, so it will be B187 next time.

I was lucky the last few days to be on a British manned ship and get a break - but tomorrow its back on another Indian ship..... I guess I am a bit spoilt living in Singapore because there is such a good variety of food from all nations.
