I'd forgotten about this thread recently:-

Here we go, a nice meal for myself, Flobo and two of the Grandsons in Castleton.

More expensive than the usual haunts.

But exquisite surroundings, and location.

You're not going to come across a KFC or Mc D's in a village like this.

Gorgeous place, so you can expect to be
paying a higher price for your food.

Flobo and one of the lads went for the Battered Pollack.

Fish, chips and mushy peas.

They both claimed it to be super.

I went for the Roast Beef with Yorkshire Pudding.

It was a good as it gets.

The other Grandson decided to have;-

Bangers and Mash.

Nicest sausages he had ever eaten he exclaimed.

They looked good as well.

The lads both finished off with Sticky Toffee pudding covered with a Butterscotch sauce.

"Thanks Grandad, that was a great meal," They both echoed.

Tuesday last 27th October 2009.

Half Term and time is passing quickly.

Going dark early as well.

My, my, my Delilah.

This is different:-
