Decided to chop half and mix it into the creamy cheese and broccoli pasta sauce.
Shall be served alongside a steak gently fried in chilli olive oil....

The first problem is finding papers big enough.
I've got a couple, but apparently I can't make suggestions on cooking topics or else AO will get upset.
Actually, I think you did just about what I would have done, and it looks delicious! I was thinking more carbonara-ish but cheesy cheesy cheesy is fabulous. I also probably would have saved the steaks for another meal, me being frugal and all.
