They look great, mate. Can I take a little bit of the applause for the wedges?

Usually yes, the infamous Hallelujah Wedges is the way we do 'em, but as the oven was pottering about at a steady 100 degrees, these were par-boiled, rigorously shaken, doused in seasoning, and pan fried in burning hot oil.

Found these wee little fellas in the fridge.

    Substituted Kilbeggan for Jameson.

    Bottom pan filled with water.

Baste in yer honey, BBQ sauce, Soy Sauce marinade, n burn.

Not bad with beer. Somewhere between so-so and finger lickin' good.

No need for teeth with properly cooked ribs.

Not sure if Hoosiers from Indiana qualify to be hillbilly's (since there are no hills in Indiana) but maybe more corn fed midwestern fatties who tend to look for the all you can eat buffet.

Here in Cummins Hdqtrs town, the fcukers closed and tore down our Golden Corral and put one of those gay hating chicken shacks in its place.

    A sad day...

I am so sorry to hear that. I once had the privelege or horror of eating in a Golden Corral once. I was still drunk from the night before so you can imagine I shoveled it in. Was ill for days.

I think you lot call it putting the feed bag on. Not my pics....

    For lulu..
