Quick and easy , 60 seconds and Roberts your fathers brother.
A lush tasty snack fused from the sheep shagging valleys of Wales to shagging the exotic Orient.

Bang your ingredients in thre microwave and spread over the toast, absolutely delish. ...get onit like a car bonnet!

As a self professed wiz in the kitchen what would your suggestions be, Jeff?
What gastronomic delights could you bring to the party.
I'm sure there must be gastronomic delights in Oregon.
    Please share.

While the CAerdydd version is superior and strange Worcestershire sauce even stale ale may be added its is of course the comrades reply to Pizza

So a toast to the cheese and Cheese on Toast

The real thrill is the grill , readily available her ein those 2500 baht mini ovens so that the cheese melts and bubbles prior to the application of

    1 Branston
    2 HP Sauce
    3 Ketchup or all 3

Alumimun foil or any paper from a fag packet or twist saves a lot of cleaning for the cheese nong
We have Breville type toastie maker but the open bubbled cheese is great too

The great thing even 7/11 toast bread and mosuetrap cheddar can be upgraded

Of course finer cheeses and granary/ wholemeal artisn type breads will only add to thrill as you allow to cool lay it on your partner and nibble..

For me one of the fattening ultinmate comfort foods like kippers or cullen skink never to full to eat one.

Next is Seoul food a poor imitation of teh Staffordshire Oatcake teh Acme of junk food

If you take the time to do this properly - ie not 60 seconds in a microwave - it's actually quite nice (as I'm sure you know).

I think something must come over CCC at times though. Like whatever the opposite of a flash of inspiration is.

Microwaving bacon is a fine way to reduce the fat intake.

As for CCC pop down the 34 to Talke or Chell their used to be fresh real oatcakes around 6 for a quid, it's like Thai women once you've had the exotoc you never go back to the Mothre's pride.

There was a shop nr my Uncles in talke Pits also High la Waterloo Rd and many places in the nesh end Dresden Florence all the way to Meir
