Imagine how many laps of the park you could have done while piecing those daft images together. I bet you were snacking too. And smoking. Bollinger, you are officially a useless prat and I'm definitely not jealous that you seem to be perpetually on holiday. You twat.

I do it different... Eat well and do it!!! 2 months now if you count America where we averaged 12,000 steps a day while driving 4,000 kilometers. Up early is the key...

You've lost already if one has to over analyze, institutionally scrutinize, and study such activities.

    What's wrong with you people?

Lets go for an hour and a half walk. Dollars to donuts you dont make it for 20 minutes at a 6Klm per hour clip. Have some more Kao Lao and a cheap Thai cigarette. I will send the Por Teck Tung pick up for ya mate..

Bit jealous of AO's sleeping time- barely managed 5:30 hours last night; insomnia is something I have struggled with for years. Can't.Switch.Off!
    How do you manage it?

For the first time in over 3 years I am sleeping well again. 3 + years of insomnia while the kids were in Uni in California. I never made a connection to worry, stress and my sleep. But the day K graduated and V said she would finish at Christmas I started to sleep. That did coincide with starting to really exercise as well. So its a combination of factors I think... Genetically from my mom I am a worrier...

That was a good night normally 6.5 to 7 hours a night, but I have gotten used to that. Cant sleep in though. Up by 6am or so daily.

Unless posting undecipherable gibberish on the internet or jacking-off to scat burns calories, it's safe to assume Jeff would be taller laying down than standing up.

I'd gladly come with you though and wouldn't hold you up, rarely take my phone along but did this morning:

I don't rely too heavily on any stats besides the distance (which I know is very close to correct according to Google Earth) and the time taken. More importantly to me is my HR monitor watch, I stay in a speed zone which keeps my pulse in the 140-145 region for an hour.

Well done!! It funny you have more K than steps. I generally have 20% more steps than kilometers. Very long legged?

    ^^6496 vs 7.2?

Maybe you mean 'It's funny you have fewer steps than metres'?

As stated, I don't take the stats seriously. But I do take 1+ meter strides when walking fast due to being very tall. In fact, to get my heart-rate higher and into the zone I want I have to consciously take shorter strides.

    ^^He's covered 7200 metres in 6496 steps.

Which is over a metre a stride

    Stick to English Cyrille
