    runner bean purée Runner bean purée is a fantastic substitute for heavy potato mash that you usually serve with a main course.     Back in the gym after eating and drinking too much of the wrong stuff, developed a Dillinger style belly albeit on a smaller scale.
    Hard core cardiovascular exercise today plus 100 sit ups and some Triceps and shoulder work.

    Bananas x 5 a day
