I tried doing the first workout in my 'couch potato to 5k' app today which consists of 30 minutes where 10 minutes is warm up an warm down walking and between that you alternate between walking for a minute and half then running for a minute..

I could only do half but enjoyed myself following the wife around the park on the scooter telling her when to run and walk
She's let herself go too that one, she wont stop eating rice though

I left the Missus and nipper in the fishing park today whilst I went to buy a skinless fuckin chicken from the supermarket.
I drove back to a different fishing park

Cant concentrate at all now.

Someone who's lost more than that and kept it off, rather than just varied between seriously overweight and morbidly obese for a decade, obviously.

At the level you are at it's possible to lose weight just by cutting back to one mcflurry after your Big Mac.

unless someone is suffering from a chronic illness that necessitates them taking long term medication (such as steroids) or have glandular disease resulting in hormone overproduction or underproduction, and these diseases are usually easily treatable, then there is little excuse for obesity, especially in the under 60's. its mostly down to lifestyle, laziness and gluttony........ and the lack criticism in case these fat f*cks become offended and need to be rushed into mental institutions to deal with their mental trauma.

never mind the mental trauma suffered by those of us who have to see these sickening human balloons wobbling along the pavements or on their mobility scooters, or have to inhale their rancid sweat on the buses, or are unfortunate enough to be seated next to one of them on a plane, or cant get to see a doctor for 2 days because they are busy dealing with diabetic daves inability to give up eating 5 chocolate bars every day.
