They are easier to manoeuvre and exercise more mass on your upper body than a restrictive barbell.

I'm losing enough weight without exercising....... 4kgs i have dropped since going up to Chiang Mai this time last week.
Prior to today ive been doing 200 situps a day and benchpressing, bicep curls, squats, pull ups and one handed military press ups every other day.
The weights flying off, my jowels and fat face are gone.
I could stop now but wanna lose the rest of the gut, which this program claims to do- lose bellyfat, which is apparently the most dangerous and hardest to shred.
This program also claims to lose ones taste and urges for sweet stuff, which as you can see i have a problem with.
So fuck it, Im carrying on til next Friday then i have a birthday bash and afterwards will start counting calories.
Its taught me a lot already. Thats the first salad i think ive ever eaten and i enjoyed that especially the fish eggs funnily enough.

Just weighed myself and going to bed at 92.5kg which is more than 2kg less than a few nights ago. Im thinking i may stop at 90 or 88 if they come before Wednesday.
Its no new diet this, everyone would lose this much weight eating what Ive been eating.

Good luck. You'll get good weight loss in the short term, after that try to balance it out. Exercise and balanced diet.
I say that as I sit here scoffing a Chicken Balti Pie and 12 x 330ml cans of San Mig Lite.
But did 6km semi-speed walking in less than an hour in the park before hand.
Sort of inclined to agree with Ant. No system reduces fat in a fixed part of the body.
Having said that, I didn’t have the humongous gut that breezer belly has shown, but my regimen did lose loads of weight all around.
Due to the fact that I am much older than the glamour pus dilly, my loss of skin elastic has left baggy patches.
Not sure if this is permanent or not, but just going to carry on with fewer calories in, and burn more off with fizz.
No fancy diet or shit like that, just old fashioned common sense.

This is much more of a validation of a diet program that is typical for a diet book.
