But it's not binging and purging. From what I know, you still need to eat quite healthily on the 5 days of *normal* food, it's not a license to stuff your fat head with burgers at will for 5 days of the week. You can have *some* cheat food and a few beers each week though which is why I imagine it's a popular diet plan, a guy would go fucking spare living on lettuce cups, steamed broccoli, and still water .

And a motivational pic for Dill, just to remind him NOT to go to Steak and Co for a wagyu burger till he's shed a few ton:

^^Yep just kidding, all good presuming you plugged the correct numbers in... just can’t miss a chance to call you a fat bastard.

    You fat bastard!

Well done on the quitting smoking thing by the way. I’d forgotten you were doing that.

No need to go that drastic.

Add in some healthy outdoor exercise.

If you drive your kid to school, go straight from the school to the park and do a few laps. Home to the pool for a few laps then breakfast and root the mrs before a lie down on the sofa.

The yummy mummies in their lycra getting all sweaty in the park will keep you interested.

Nothing is going to happen without exercise. Get a fitbit or some other kind of step measure and get at least 10,000 steps a day in. I jog/walked over 70 kilos during the Songkran break. That enabled me to eat like a pig while I cooked or barbecued each night.

If I dont exercise and just do a normal routine. 7-8000 a day. But if I get in 4 laps at Suan Somdet Yah I have 10,000 by 8am , then add the normal to that. AIA have a program called Vitality where you have to average 10,000 a day to receive a 15% discount on your health insurance. Check it out.

    Is there a thrustbit?

Aim for 10,000 thrusts per day?

Though not sure my fleshlight could handle it.

Yeah, 'cause it's on the health food section of every supermarket in Thailand .

Seriously though, it's in the yoghurt and dairy section of everywhere.
