    South Beach Diet

Weighed in today at 93.5kgs with a 39" waist and 93" gut. Tape measure's probably shrunk due to the heat here.

In 2 weeks time, after finishing phase one I expect to be around 87kg.

Youre allowed 3 meals a day basically consisting of lean meats,, eggs, brocolli, spinach, lettuce, mushrooms, zucchini, onions and some beans, cottage cheese, fat free milk, nuts and olive oil

    So

    No
    Alcohol
    Fruit
    Chocolate
    Cheese
    Bread
    Potatoes
    Ice cream

    Fuck..there my staples

Oh well, lets see how it goes

exercise, physical activity, walking, swimming, cycling and avoiding the elevator if you live in a condo.

make it a regular part of your day.

dieting never works, good food is one of the joys of life, why abstain from it. it will make you miserable.

embrace the joys of exercise and watch the flab fall off.

Those are rather disturbing images, Dilly.
Nonetheless - small portions along with daily calorie burning movement/motion is most helpful.
Regardless of what the "experts" might have to say, stay away from those usual gluttonous/fatty/starchy Farang fares.
Don't over think it - slight lifestyle changes.

Trimming oneself around the gut, at advanced ages, is the most difficult and troublesome.
Best of luck to ya, fat git.

What if I told you that there was a way to lose fat (remember losing weight and losing fat aren’t always the same thing) without having to exclude anything and eat what you want? Is that something that I could interest you in today? Well for only 10 easy payments of $48.99 the secret can be yours! Call now, don’t delay!

No really, you can though, and for free(ish).

Ps. Don’t listen to taxi he has no idea what he’s talking about, bad idea to have posted those pics also he’ll have had them saved to his hard drive and be fapping over them quicker than a rat up a drainpipe -he has a preternatural interest in pics of topless men and sexualizing them... he’s like some sort of pervert-slash-visual rapist.

    Mate ... stick with it.

Water can make your weight appear to bounce around a lot, so don't get put off my daily fluctuations.

Apparently it takes about 3 days for Ketosis to start.

    * Ketosis occurs when the body does not have sufficient access to its primary fuel source, glucose.
    Ketosis
describes a condition where fat stores are broken down to produce energy, which also produces ketones, a type of acid.

Fuk diets, just lay off the alcohol and sugar for a month or 2 will have the desired effect coupled with some exercise. Don't even need to totally lay of the alcohol if can control yourself to just a glass or 2 wine instead of a bottle or 2 with dinner.

Sounds similar to the G-BOMB diet

    G - greens
    B - Beans
    O - Onions
    M - Mushrooms
    B - Blueberries

I dont see it as a diet per se. Its just the first 2 week phase of one made up by some cardiologyst which brings huge losses in the first 2 weeks.

Itll be the equivalent of a quarter of what BLD is doing right now

Then to keep it off I like the look of the 5-2 diet where you can eat what you want for 5 days and only 2 days a week do you starve

Is this the kind of diet you were put on Nid ?

Soothe bitch diet, A Basque farmr told me once

"if you wish to be a slim or even average person eat what a slim person eats."

It's taken me 2 years to lose 5kgs and another year to get to suggested BMI for bloke my age.I may finally fit my coffin.!

I've no expertise but while aim is great I think 6.5kg or 14.33 pounds in a fortnight too drastic, that's over a pound a day

I cycle and swim daily for weight and pleasure, if your in smokey unsafe urban location an exercise bike or just put a street bike on rollers, some gym , swim etc a little daily and gradual change of diet

Try to eat stuff you enjoy at regular times

I know it's carcogenic but I love smoked fish, salmon, trout herrings with lots of salad, but no oily dressing, just salt cracked black pepper lime juice/blasamic vingar for some liquid and UNBUTTERED wholemeal

Fruit is a great snack food, I never buy biscuits now and seldom chcoc/crisps snacks.Avoid 7-11s there's little health food there, the somtam or Pineapple outside better

Beer is food but not diet food, I enjoy an apertif and or a small glass of plonk most days and over the summer will have a daily draught Guiness as it's a rare treat.

Keep teh pix coming very brave , I think with asustainable balnced diet you should look to achivee your goal by Xmas and maintain it

if calories out is greater than calories in, then the weight will come off.

why deny yourself tasty wholesome food, everything in moderation is the way.

this chicken and lettuce thing is for shirtlifters, anorexic teenage girls and the holier than thou virtue signalling brigade.

for fucks sake man, swim, walk, run, cycle and take the stairs.

and that ketosis thing will make your breath smell like the inside of a blocked pattaya sewer pipe after a hotel full of curry eating bobbleheads have had their morning shit.

...nothing more need be said: if you burn more calories than you consume on a regular basis, you'll be lithe in no time...though limber and lissome may take a little longer...

ive just had a craving for cheese on toast and got to thinking; everytime I get a little peckish now Im gonna clean my teeth. Dunno if itll put a stop to the dog breath but thatll be collateal damage for the poor wife to worry about

Im still allowed 3 meals a day and 2 snacks, its not as though ive gone on a starvation diet. Cutting all that crap out in one foul swoop for two weeks also has other benefits, it stops the constant yearning for sweet foods which I also get, apparently.

Good luck with it, Dillinger. Stick with the food thing but add in some longish walks too - say 45 to 60 minutes three or more times a week.

And I think the tooth-brushing is a good idea. Do it as soon as you've finished your meal to prevent you wanting something more (especially something sweet).

    By the way ....

I like the reflection. Nice arse.

Butters will highly likely have a hard on seeing that. Maybe tomcat too.
