^Again, the stride thing has to be a guess at best by the App based on the data I entered (height, weight, etc). If my phone had an accelerometer in it I'd take the reading more seriously, but it doesn't

He travels more in meters than he takes strides...ie his stride is more than one metre...ie he 'has fewer steps than metres'.

AO's statement is correct, except that he means 'metres' rather than 'kilometres', or 'k' as he puts it.

Maybe all that time in Pattaya is dragging you down a bit.

Keep trying. You can do it.

In the mean time...fuck you very much.

    Oh dear.

    'k' was unclear, ao.

I mean I get it...even mildly complicated stuff is a bit beyond you these days.

    No biggie.

I'm only registered to carry up to 350kg, so it could be a problem

Meanwhile in a futile attempt to keep you on the rails, here's my lunch today and some spam that you might like to consider. Those Burritos do look good !.

It helps to keep your portions and how much one eats down to a consistent minimum, less the type of crap that one consumes.
Our diet specialist don't seem to grasp this basic concept.

Jeff is spot on. Eating big portions will keep the stomach large and that large stomach will need to be filled to make you feel full. Eating smaller portions will make the stomach shrink, meaning you'll need to eat less to fill it and feel full.
