    I did, on my phone.
I havent got round to really working it out yet although i did put in i wanted to lose 1kg a week which is 1500 calories a day and probably a bit much, ive mainly been following your meal plans.

Im on day one breakfast. Are my scales broke? It says 27grams is only 11 almonds

It was hard going yesterday and i came off the rails once with half a big bar of cadburys caramel but punished myself with a light lunch.

Ive got some chia seeds to bloat me up and keep me out of the fridge which is now junk free

    Good stuff.

Top Tip though: it's easier to set-up via PC, bit fiddly on the phone. All good once done though because it synchs everything.

Yeah it is. Probably better to aim for 0.5 kg a week.

That being said you'll probably find you end up losing about 1 kg per week anyways (if not more) at least initially.

Yeah that doesn't seem right... were they Tesco specials or something??

Should be roughly 27 whole kernels which is circa. 1oz / 27 grams.

Did you tare the scale to discount whatever you have the almonds in?

Also don't forget those were just templates that I gave you as a rough guide (and to show you don't have to torture yourself )

Better to edit them and make them your own, exclude / include things you don't / do want.

Just exercise. I wear a fitbit and noticed in the states I was averaging about 13,000 steps a day while touring around. So came back and kept it up. Now up to 16,000 steps a day of which say 5000 is jogging. Comes out to about 13 kilometers a day of exercise.

Then I came up with the bright idea to exercise at my prime drinking time 5pm to 630, so I am walk/jogging and doing some weights at that time.

Then come home to only 2 dark beer Lao's and a good dinner with salad every night.

I managed to eat about 4,000 calories a day in the states and not gain weight, here I am having to snack just to maintain the weight I am now as I am burning about 2400 calories a day with the regime.

Been 6 weeks now and it really seems natural. Did not really ever think I could do this.

Think i'll take my chances with the starvation diet

No, I've gotta get myself more active, gonna start badminton on top of the jogging and buy a push bike, one with a motor for the hills like Jack's

    Too much too soon.

You'll burn out and be back on the barstool 24/7 within a month.

Start with walking a few Km every morning followed by a few laps in yer pool.

Move up to adding daily jogging and badminton once your body is used to the exercise.

^ muscle memory Lu, muscle memory.

The way you talk about this huge transition from walking to jogging and your special high heeled walking shoes it sounds like you had rickets as a kid.

Suddenly combining jogging, badminton, cycling with a starvation diet will work out about as well as that Moscow trip for England's WC Final.

Regarding Cyrille's shuttlecock remark, I tell you what I have noticed, the amount of old farangs in Pattaya (and Aging One up ther in Bangkok) who have looked after themselves, loads on the steroids but a lot just in great shape, they put me to shame..

Right.....time to jump on the weight bench

I bet it was a right hoot sat at home , with no passionate Italian fans or Irish craic to join down Bangkok's boozers whilst you took out your angst on a Thai forum laden with penis enlargements and Jeff from Portland
