^OK Ant.... I'm 5kg heavier now than when I first started this thread...but.......

I know you won't like to hear this but It did work..... and only stopped working after I came off the diet and ate loads of junk, bought a TV box and stopped exercising or venturing outside the house.

4 months off the cigarettes now, so I was expecting to add some weight.

I'll drop this weight like that big Momma off Craigslist dropped Lulu when his altcoins dried up

    ...was kinda inevitable.

These sort of drastic deprivation diets never work because they can never be sustained long-term plus weight loss is not the same thing as fat loss.

A diet that can be adhered to long-term is the key and any diet that excludes something is - by definition - not a complete diet.

Well done on the ciggies though. That's a good effort!

I'd obviously die keeping on that diet. I'm just gonna do it for 2 weeks this time, lose a quick 10kgs and then just watch a bit of TV and start walking to pizza hut

OK well if you ever want any help coming up with a sustainable diet/exercise plan that you can do long-term without yo-yo'ing let me know.

Would be glad to help. Sorta. Begrudgingly. OK so I'd half-arse it but it would still be better!

    Dear Ant,

I had a cheese sandwich and a Twirl at 2am last night (true story). Please suggest a suitable means of flagellation.

    Dear Soon-to-be-chub-a-lubs,

Fingers down the throat, bulimia stylez, or you'll be less one of the greatest people to ever walk the planet and more one of the greatest people to ever sorta wobble and waddle the planet.

    Yours,

    Richard Ant Simmons.

    Tradition Farmy Cheddar?

They must have some M4 students on work experience doing the English translation.

Allegedly the cheese is a Product of the UK but KCG is a Thai company so they must have imported the cheese in bulk and produced the packaging themselves. They'd have been better using some UK packaging with proper English on it.

What was the cheese like, Dill?

if you ever want help coming up with a sustainable diet/exercise plan to give you popeye arms, a pointy bald pinhead, limited intelligence, premature ageing and the ability to find cause to argue pointlessly with anybody, anytime anyplace, then contact the pismire.

It was nice, not cheap but there was no Epicure, so needs must

I think theres a load of Krauts living near that Tops, there was about 6 different kinds of pre-sliced German cheese, which is all bland IMO.
