Only the connoisseur Por, would recognise the gently poached and shredded, Issan kitten breasts, folded into the lovingly bruised cucumber skins, held together with a light Italian dressing and a generous grind of Thai sun roasted, black pepper corns. The hand halved eggs are the masterpiece, one is slightly undercooked for the creamy texture whilst the other is overcooked to lend a delicate bite to the palate. A true indulgence yet satisfying, in so many ways snack

This is today's menu, which will feature in what has been billed a double training day. The only iffy item in amongst that little assortment of goodness is the prawns. Although they are a so called superfood, the way they are farmed doesn't lend itself to hygiene, not to mentioned the fact that they considerably ramped up the cost of the day's fare.

When you've eaten that little lot Bol, you may want to consider running up some hills. This is a very important part of the weight loss process. The chances of one retaining their fat-fuck status after a few months of this sort of session are minimal.
