I have just ordered 2 Angus Beef steaks, caramelised fried onions with rich gravy, heaps of fried chips, garden peas and I added pickled beetroot and fresh tomatoes including apple pie with custard for dessert. (Maybe 2 fried eggs on the side)
No bread or rice or lardarse food!

All that Atkins and Paleo stuff only work because they operate on the same basic principle: caloric restriction (i.e. burning more than you consume). All the other stuff is just marketing bollocks and/or over complicated dribble.
Work out your BMR, deduct a sensible daily amount of calories from that (probably no more than -500), weight train and cardio (former in preference to the latter), track your calories and macros, eat a higher amount of protein (at least 1lb per lb of body weight to preserve as much muscle mass as possible, there’s such a thing as bad weight loss), and just be consistent. Et volia!
There’s no need to exclude anything from your diet as long as it fits your calorie target and macros (IIFYM). After all, a diet that excludes something is by definition not a complete diet. Depriving yourself is a proven track to failure in the long-term. You need a workable diet you can stick to or you’ll just yo-yo.
Also ignore BMI and all that guff it’s mostly worthless. In fact other than weighing to track weight trend ignore the scales too - it’s changing body composition that should be the goal not a specific weight.
...now pay a bitch!
Wow, I was right. Dillinger is a fat piece of shit.
I hope you realise your skin doesn't shrink all the way back, when you lose all the supporting fat!
When you get to the stage you can see all your feet please start wearing pants. Otherwise Butters will getting overcome.
Where can you buy mushy or dried peas in Thailand?
Try eating what you enjoy just 20 to 30% less, smaller portions, 2 instead of 3 meals a day, use smaller plates and drink plenty of water.
If you have garden get out there and clear it up. Walk where you used to ride to. Put a 20 Baht bar of gold in each of your shoes/boots and walk around.

A tray full of GOLD is not worth a moment in time.
Farang and their forced upon obsession with diet and health.
....and they don't get it.
It's a wonder.
Good luck bud.
But.
My advice would be to forget drastic crash-course diets that give huge losses.
You'll get the hugh losses.
Then 6 weeks later you'll be 10kg heavier than you started.
Go slow and long.
Regular exercise everyday - walk in the park, then swimming in the pool.
Healthy food based on lean meat and veg, and a bit of rice or whatever.
Lay off the alcohol. Lay off the late night grub. Dinner before 7, then just a yogurt or something after.
Will be better and more successful in the long-run.
Good luck.
^4 and a quarter inches taller than Lulu
its relaxed muscle
Sounds a bit too complex that calorie counting palava. How do you know what calories are in certain measures of food?
Besides I'm looking forward to stuffing my face in a couple of weeks.
Oh and it won't be 2 weeks now, it's a mates birthday next weekend, so it'll be 10 days.
Done well today and just got back from a nice sauna.
Gonna get the weights out
I'm 1.1KG heavier than I was this morning
Thinkin of some cheese on toast for comfort
Weigh yourself once a day at the same time each day to see how you're doing as your weight fluctuates during the day/night.
