Thread: Chitty's Chilli Chicken Curry

Time for a Ruby Murry with a difference..

Throw 1/2kg of chicken of diced chicken fillets in to the pan and cover in chilli powder and various other spices.

Gentle fry in coconut oil with some garlic for a few minutes, add the rest of the spices and coconut milk then bring to the boil.

Leave to simmer for a hour with a few boiled potatoes thrown into the mix.

Bang the rice in the rice cooker and bish bash bosh, one hour later we have..

Chilli Chicken Curry with Bombay Potatoes, served with Jasmine Rice and Baby Poppadoms...

It's a hybrid mixture of a Tikka and Masaman.

Butter Chicken sounds nice..

Just about to launch one mate.

The problem is supply.

The curry sauce takes a long time to produce and whilst it tastes perfect I am being told, good things come to those that wait!
