I deliberately avoid fusioning Indian and Thai.

I'm scared. The two are like oil and water (to me anyway)

Indian curries make me shit, Thai food doesn't do that to me.

^^ Afraid not mate, might be over next summer in Thailand.

A four week road trip, could drop by and cook up a feast in return for lodgings for the night.

Your house is looking like it's gonna be a palace mate.

^ Pat shouldn't that balance things out?

One food makes you crap, the other doesn't

Almost bought a jar of Pataks Phal sauce. It has 6 chilli logos on it. Last time I had to stir half a can of tomatoes in to take the edge off it.

It's so hot that all taste is drowned out, so good to try once and see.

I'll assume you've tried this 'liquid larvae'' in a jar

No he couldn't. Doesn't know how.
And I think your leading him to admit it failed because 1. He didn't get it that you were leading him (most likely), or 2. If he did get it, he'd rather change the subject.
