Is this a tried and tested recipe or a failed experiment? Learnt yet?
    They look soft and soggy.
Why would you season before cooking?
Why isn't the grease smoking hot before adding the spuds?
Why didn't you just get duck fat?

Why would you photograph this disaster?

    Close, but no cigaro.

Picked them up in Morocco circa 2004-ish.

    Marrakesh, I believe.

Have 3 over here and the rest at me place back home, if they haven't been thieved or broken.

Simple and straight forward techniques, Lu.
Even some of the faux cooking cretins here could duplicate as such.

    Well done, sir...

Well, M'Babudje was tastier, to be honest.

By coincidence, was chatting with African Mistress from last year earlier. Asked for a boob shot, but she's out for dinner.

    Hopefully later.

^ No doubting from me ... I'm thoroughly convinced Lulu cooked that.

Must have used quite the battery power from the Hello Kitty oven though
