Ground black pepper.
Do up a quick marinara sauce.
Saute minced garlic and onion with Italian herbs. Long and slow, releases the oils from the herbs.
Can of tinned tomatoes and a can of water, bring to the boil, spoon of sugar to reduce the acidity and simmer.
Tomato puree, salt and pepper.
